have separated this unique flooring into grades to help you determine
the look and style of flooring you want in your home. Our grades
are broad, and our style of milling this resource provides maximum
usage and the ability of the installer to customize the look of
the finished product to the homeowner’s own specifications.
Premium
Select:
Finest selected boards with highest heart content and tight grain.
Contains some nail holes and bolt holes(some bolt holes filled
with wooden plug). Made in T&G Center-Matched style with bullnose
tongue for easy installation and maximum coverage. This style
of flooring makes it possible for you to determine your own grade,
as one side of the boards will sometimes show more nail holes,
color, or character marks than the other.

Historic
Premium Select:
Same criteria as Premium Select except with high nail hole content.
Contains many nail holes and some bolt holes(some bolt holes filled
with wooden plug). This flooring is from the top of the beam where
subfloor was nailed down, so these boards show their years well.
Made in T&G Center-Matched style with bullnose tongue for
easy installation and maximum coverage. This style of flooring
makes it possible for you to determine your own grade, as one
side of the boards will sometimes show more nail holes, color,
or character marks than the other.

High
Cotton:
These boards have a high content of cottonseed oil that has been
impregnated into the wood over the years of use in a textile mill.
This non-toxic oil puts a unique shade to these boards and their
weight can be twice that of other heart pine boards. This wood
requires special finishing techniques. These boards can also contain
many nail holes and some bolt holes(some bolt holes filled with
wooden plug). This flooring will provide a darker, richer, appearance
than any other grade. Made in T&G Center-Matched style with
bullnose tongue for easy installation and maximum coverage. This
style of flooring makes it possible for you to determine your
own grade, as one side of the boards will sometimes show more
nail holes, color, or character marks than the other.
High
